Here is another implant case that we recently restored. This nice, young man had an infection in the front of his upper arch, and we had to remove the front tooth. After some time of healing, we placed the implant and then placed the crown. He was very happy with the results. But we told him no more opening bottles with his teeth. Kidding!

We recently completed a full mouth rehabilitation case as seen below. Our patient had a severe amount of wear on his front and back teeth, we restored his smile with beautiful crowns on all of his teeth. He was very happy. I thought we got a really nice result.”

Here is a case we completed recently. This young man was very embarrassed about his smile. When we delivered his porcelain crowns, he got very emotional and was so happy. It was really cool that we got to help change the way this young man feels about his smile.

She had broken off her upper central incisor and we had to extract it and place a bone graft. After letting it heal , we decided to place a dental implant.

This picture show the custom titanium abutment (the metal piece of hardware that gets screwed into the implant). It is attached by what is called a fixation screw which is inside of the abutment.

A patient had their lower tooth knocked out. We removed the tooth and actually did not end up placing a dental implant for several years. At any rate, we were still able to place the implant and place a crown over the implant and abutment.

I just wanted to share one of the many recent cases we finished up recently. A patient of ours broke the upper right lateral incisor. We tied some floss around it and yanked real hard and got it out, kidding! We actually removed the tooth, placed a bone graft, allowed it to heal for a few months. Then we placed a dental implant in the area and let that heal. The pictures show the metal titanium abutment sticking up above the gums. This serves at the interface or connection between the implant and the new crown.
